The Fall recipes are really out in full force now, and the great thing about them is the ingredients are hearty and filling. This steak salad was simple, yummy, and so satisfying! I excluded the cheese to make the salad Paleo friendly, and added in some pickled beets and chopped pecans for more flavor and texture. I’m also a big fan of making my own salad dressings, since commercial brands are often full of preservatives and sugars.
