Paleo Jambalaya

jambalaya This is a great one pot meal from Cook Like a Cavewoman that is always a hit, and I cannot stress enough how easy it is. Since the flavors intensify over night and it just gets better, I make sure to make enough for lunch the next day.  Make it with cauliflower “risotto” to keep it paleo, but this dish is also fantastic served over brown rice.
