This is a great comfort food meal from Cook Like a Cavewoman. I love it because it taste great, it’s hearty and filling, and it’s big enough that we can have leftovers for lunch the next day. The one thing I do differently is I bake the sweet potatoes instead of boiling them. I poke holes in the skin, cover them in a little bit of coconut oil, then put them in the oven at 400 for about 45 minutes. They come out perfectly ready to peel and mash up for the delicious topping!
